There's nothing at street level — Super Potato starts on the third floor. It takes floors 3 to 5 of the Kitabayashi Building, a minute from Akihabara's Electric Town exit, and the aisles are tight. (Super Potato)
Most people come for floor 5: a small arcade of 1980s and 90s tabletop cabinets you can sit down and play, with a counter of cheap old-fashioned sweets next to it. (LIVE JAPAN)
Floors 3 and 4 are where you buy, and there's a bench for testing a cartridge before you pay. The PC Engine section is unusually deep — a lot of shooters, a lot of Compile. (YouTube, LIVE JAPAN)
