**There's nothing at street level — Super Potato starts on the third floor.** It takes floors 3 to 5 of the Kitabayashi Building, a minute from Akihabara's Electric Town exit, and the aisles are tight. ([Super Potato](http://superpotatoakiba.jp/))

Floors 3 and 4 are where you buy, and there's a bench for testing a cartridge before you pay. The PC Engine section is unusually deep — a lot of shooters, a lot of Compile.
