The second floor is the reason to come. HEY takes floors 1 to 4 of the Hirose building, two minutes from Akihabara's Electric Town exit under a big orange sign, and floor 2 is the one people travel for — shooters and late-90s cabinets, Capcom's Dungeons & Dragons brawler and Tetris the Grand Master among them, usually packed. Ground floor is crane games. Floor 3 is fighting games, current Street Fighter and Tekken next to Darkstalkers, with Gundam Versus pulling the biggest crowd. Floor 4 has the Gundam pods you climb inside. (GaijinPot)
