**The second floor is the reason to come.** HEY takes floors 1 to 4 of the Hirose building, two minutes from Akihabara's Electric Town exit under a big orange sign, and floor 2 is the one people travel for — shooters and late-90s cabinets, Capcom's Dungeons & Dragons brawler and Tetris the Grand Master among them, usually packed.
