Where the Quagsire merch is. Tosaya is the souvenir shop in Kōchi Tabi Hiroba, the plaza outside Kochi Station, next door to the Tosa Terrace information center. It's the place to buy the Quagsire collaboration goods tied to the prefecture's Pokémon Local Acts campaign. (Instagram)

It's local food in Quagsire packaging, not generic plush. The collab line leans hard on Kochi's own products: ミレービスケット — the lightly salted biscuit that counts as prefectural soul food — in a Quagsire four-pack and as a filled sandwich cookie, candied yuzu peel, Tosa tea in a Quagsire bottle, Quagsire karintō, and single-sheet letter paper made from Tosa washi using Niyodo River water. Worth knowing: it's a general Kochi souvenir shop first, so the Quagsire goods sit among the katsuo, yuzu, and Ryōma merchandise rather than in a dedicated Pokémon corner.
