Reservations: book on the official reservation page by 8:00 AM on the day you want to go. Walk-in seats open only when someone cancels last-minute. One reservation per email address, up to 6 guests (children of any age count), and the party size can't be changed afterwards. Cancel by 10:00 PM the day before. (Pokémon Cafe)
